3. Booking, Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone or in person.

Spain Aerocity reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for reasons including, but not limited to, staff availability, safety concerns or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you as soon as practicable.

Payment terms will be provided during booking. We may accept cash, card or other methods specified at the time of booking. Payments must be completed in accordance with the terms provided for each booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services. Clients must follow staff guidance and safety instructions. Spain Aerocity is not liable for adverse reactions where the client has withheld relevant health information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, design) is owned or licensed by Spain Aerocity. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spain Aerocity and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant service.

Spa treatments involve physical contact and therapeutic techniques. If you are pregnant, have health issues or are taking medication, consult your doctor before booking. Disclose any concerns to our staff prior to treatment.
